Nyando Social Justice Center Welcomes New Interns for 2025 Orientation

Nyando Social Justice Center recently held an orientation session for our new interns, marking the beginning of another exciting chapter of learning and collaboration. Each year, we open our doors to students from universities across Kenya, welcoming those studying social work, public health, political science, community development, criminology, law, public and international relations, among other fields.

Our internship program offers a unique opportunity for students to gain practical experience by engaging directly with community-driven social justice initiatives. Interns work alongside our dedicated team, contributing to projects that promote human rights, health equity, and sustainable development in Kisumu County.

We encourage students passionate about making a difference to join us, learn, and grow in a supportive environment that nurtures both professional skills and social consciousness.

If you are a student eager to gain hands-on experience and be part of transformative community work, Nyando Social Justice Center welcomes you to apply and learn with us!

Together, we are building a generation of informed, compassionate leaders ready to champion justice and positive change.
